Rolling Screen Machine
Rolling Screen Machine operates slowly and steadily during use, with minimal impact and vibration, ensuring smooth operation. It is simple to install and sometimes does not even require a dedicated foundation.
The materials enter the inclined and rotating drum device through the feed inlet. Due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the materials on the sieve surface keep flipping, rolling and moving axially. The qualified materials (the products below the sieve) smaller than the sieve mesh size are discharged through the discharge outlet at the rear end of the drum, while the unqualified materials (the products above the sieve) larger than the sieve mesh size are discharged from the discharge outlet at the tail of the drum. The flipping and rolling of the materials in the drum can cause the materials stuck in the sieve holes to be ejected. Combined with the regularly set comb-type cleaning mechanism of the equipment, it can achieve the effect of continuous cleaning of the sieve body, effectively preventing the sieve holes from getting blocked. According to different classification requirements, the number of classification sections of the drum sieve is generally from fine to coarse as 1-4 sections, and the materials are screened out from the first section to the last section of the sieve mesh from fine to coarse.
