Dehydrator Machine, also known as sand and gravel dehydration screens, mining dehydration screens, coal slime dehydration screens, tailings dehydration screens, and high-frequency dehydration screens, mainly function to dehydrate, remove mud, and remove media. They can be used in sandstone material plants for washing sand, in coal mines for recovering coal slime, and in mineral processing plants for dry discharge of tailings, etc. Although they all belong to dehydration equipment, when applied to different materials, the structure of the dehydration screens is still different. For example, the sand and gravel dehydration screen used in the sand washing production line and the tailings dehydration screen commonly used in the mineral processing plant are different equipment.
The vibrating dewatering screen is usually installed horizontally as a whole, but the screen mesh is installed at a negative inclination to achieve a forced dewatering effect. The feeding section often has an arc-shaped screen surface to improve the dewatering efficiency, and is equipped with a feeding box to ensure that the materials are evenly fed onto the screen surface. The equipment is equipped with an overall base frame, which is convenient for transportation and installation.
This equipment can adjust the vibration frequency at any time through a frequency converter to achieve the best dewatering effect. The typical working frequency can reach 25Hz, and the vibration intensity can reach 7g. Its dewatering effect is remarkable, with a large processing capacity. For tailings and other materials, the moisture content of the materials on the screen after dewatering can be reduced to less than 16%, and even form a filter cake-like state.
The equipment uses special noise reduction materials and designs, and the overall working noise can be as low as 85dB(A), which is significantly lower than that of similar equipment. At the same time, the equipment has the characteristics of a simple structure, durability, light weight, and convenient disassembly and maintenance.
The vibrating dewatering screen supports customized production. According to the actual needs of users, such as production volume, moisture content of the materials, and material characteristics, the parameters such as screen hole size, screen plate area, and screen mesh material can be flexibly adjusted.
