Cast Screen Mesh
1. The wear resistance lasts extremely long, significantly reducing the replacement cost.
The material is mostly cast in one piece using high manganese steel (Mn13). When subjected to the impact and friction of the ore, the surface undergoes rapid hardening, with the surface hardness reaching above HRC 60, while the interior retains high strength and toughness.
2. The entire product is seamless and without welding points. There are no issues such as broken weaving wire or detached welding points. Its service life is 4 to 8 times longer than that of ordinary woven screens. In heavy mining conditions, it can significantly reduce the frequency of stopping to change screens.
3. The overall thickness is uniform, and the wear occurs gradually. There will be no situation where a localized area quickly wears through and causes material leakage.
