Working Principle
The working mode of the jaw crusher is of the reciprocating and squeezing type. Its working principle is as follows: The motor drives the belt and the pulley, and through the eccentric shaft, the moving jaw swings back and forth up and down. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the cheek plate and the moving jaw becomes larger, thereby pushing the moving jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed or split. The material is crushed multiple times through the squeezing, rubbing, and grinding between the two jaw plates to achieve the purpose of crushing. When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the cheek plate and the moving jaw becomes smaller. Under the action of the pull rod and the spring, the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate. The already crushed material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber under the action of gravity. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the moving jaw of the crusher performs periodic movement to crush and discharge the material, achieving batch production.
